April & May Handouts
Well, you couldn't tell it by the weather here in Western Michigan, but we're more than half way through June! According to the calendar, summer 2019 will begin officially on Friday this week. (And to be honest, there are more than a few of us hoping to see some sunshine!)
Better Late Than Never
With client work, rebranding, and a bit of travel, it's been a busy spring for Brianna and me. So, we're a little bit late in getting the April and May Lowell Business Brew Handouts posted here. April - Seize Local Opportunities
With summer finally getting started, there are several local opportunities you should be seizing to get the word out about your business. A few that come to mind are the Sizzlin Summer Concert Series, July's Riverwalk Festival, and the Annual Chamber Golf Outing. In fact, Liz mentioned a need for volunteers just this morning at the Chamber Breakfast meeting. Contact Liz at the Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce to get involved in these events.
May - Prioritize Customer Experience
Satisfied customers are your very best marketing tools! In fact, statistics prove that 60% of customers are willing to pay more for a product or service when the transaction is positive. (I've seen this stat as high as 88% recently.) More importantly, great customer experiences lead to higher customer retention. And we all know that word of mouth is the best advertising you don't have to buy!
